Here follows all the fidgety bits about shipping and refunds if you would like to know...


Payment

At present we can accept payments via Paypal only. You can use your credit or debit card via the secure Paypal gateway. We use it all the time ourselves and highly recommend it!

AUSTRALIAN customers: If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer, this can easily be arranged. Please contact me and I can supply you with the details.

Please note: your order may take a few more days to process as we will have to wait for the payment confirmation before we can send your item/s. Thanks for understanding!



Payment is due at the moment of purchase - if you forsee any delay in payment, please contact us via our contact page so that we will not assume a non-payment, cancel the sale and relist the item. 


Shipping

Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday from my studio in rural New South Wales
If you require your item shipped express please send me a message & we can arrange the additional postage to be added to your order.

 

I M P O R T A N T

 
Please make sure your postal address is correct before you purchase an item. If you notice a problem during/after checkout please let us know immediately so that we don't send your parcel in the wrong direction!

If you wish for us to ship an item elsewhere, please let us know immediately after the purchase.


♦ STANDARD POSTAGE:I use standard first class airmail shipping & packaging worldwide. So far, this has been a positive experience and most items arrive faster than expected.
As a guide, a parcel from Australia to the US will take approx 10 business days when sent by regular international air mail. 


Packaging

 
We always use recycled paper and cardboard packaging and sometimes use materials such as bubble wrap and plastic wrapping which has been collected and recycled from local business offices. To try to minimize the impact this has on the environment please recycle these materials when they arrive on your side of the world :) 




Refunds and Exchanges


♦ We go to great lengths to make sure our items are received in the same beautiful condition as they were sent. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you. 
♦ We cannot be responsible for any lost packages nor can we refund for a lost package unless you upgrade shipping method to registered shipping:

Items are packaged to the best of our ability to prevent damage, however if you wish to insure your item or wish the item to be sent express post please put a message in the 'message to buyer' section of your purchase & we will advise of any extra postage charges

Worried that your parcel is taking too long in the post? 
There may be a simple explanation... 

+ Please check that the shipping address you originally supplied is correct & notify us immediately if you find an error. 
+ Check with your local post office... there may be local delay in sending out parcel notices (it sometimes happens around public holidays)
+ Always check your email for messages from 'Thistle and Fox' (or 'Ginger Kelly') & add us to your contacts or 'safe' list so that messages will land in your inbox and not the junk folder! 
 We may contact you to advise of your parcel being shipped or to clarify a shipping address. If we cannot contact you it makes it very difficult to help you! 

♦ If 45 days* have passed since your order was marked as shipped and it still has not arrived then it is possible your parcel is 'lost' according to the postal services of most countries (*note that 75 days must pass for the postal service in Italy to declare a parcel as lost).

Wholesale for fabric or fashion accessories can be arranged. A wholesale discount of 20% will be applied to your order.

* Wholesale Order = purchase more than 10 listings of accessories OR more than 20 yards of a single fabric design.
